Your hosts, Kelly Dennis and Kris Layman, are so excited to bring together a collective of healers, teachers, wellness providers, products, herbs, & so much more for a day that brightens and inspires your heart. We believe in showcasing the amazing resources and support around us, unite with our collective voice, and spark the inspiration for breaking free of patterns and doubt in order to live our best lives. We believe each of us is an important thread of our collective fabric of life.

Enjoy yoga classes, gong meditation, & beautiful surroundings. You can add a massage, take a walk around the beautiful property, salt cave, vendor booths, folk music, & so much more! Golden Oak Farm is a calming and relaxing location for this beautiful gathering. One hundred acres of secluded rolling hills, grazing pastures, wooded creeks, apple trees and llamas.

You are encouraged to participate in any session you would like, and also listen to your intuition if you need quiet time for yourself. All organized activities are optional. Feel free to schedule a salt cave, take a walk, meditate, etc. to deepen your experience. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
Please Note: Details of what to bring & how to get there will be sent out prior to the retreat for attendees.

Join Sigrid for a gentle Somatics practice. In this class you will use small movements done slowly and with awareness to learn how to establish voluntary brain control of your muscles. These exercises are gentle and safe and can be explored on the floor or in a chair.

(class full)Honoring the transition of the seasons by clearing ‘Kapha’ and celebrating spring energy.Chef Betsy, Ayurvedic chef and herbalist, will talk about the basic principles of Ayurveda and will demonstrate cooking simple recipes for the spring season to support your health as we transition into the spring season. We will talk about herbs and spices as well as grain, beans, fruits and vegetables that are beneficial for this season. There will be food for tastes and recipes will be supplied.

Women's Health Through Homeopathy
Dealing with pain, fatigue or anxiety or hormonal imbalance? Looking for something to help naturally without dependence on conventional meds? Homeopathy can help. Sujata Owens, Homeopathic Master Clincian, will talk about common ailments that women come to seek help from her. With 32 years of Classical homeopathic practice in Northfield, MN now she is proud to say that she helps 3-4 generations of families that are using homeopathy as their main system of health care.

Enjoy a walk through the beautiful property of the farm and identify plants and talk about culinary and medicinal uses. We may gather nettles, dandelion and/or creeping charlie if there is some about. Please dress for the weather.
