🌅 Wake Up & Move: A 30-Day Morning Routine Transformation 🌅

**Please note we have started, AND you are still welcome to register. Zoom link should be in the receipt email once you register, if not, please allow 12 hours to receive it.


Are you ready to start your day with energy and clarity? Join our one-month morning groove program designed to help you build a lasting habit of moving your body right as you start your day. Whether you're new to yoga, stretching, or just looking to form a consistent practice, this program is perfect for all levels. It's a great addition to any other exercise or yoga practice you may already have. Here's the scoop:

Week 1: Daily Morning Sessions Monday - Friday - Building Foundation
- Meet every morning (7-7:30 am CST) via Zoom. (Monday - Friday)
- Focusing on physical - stretching/yoga, with variations given - because all bodies are different, thank goodness
- Build the foundation for your home practice.

Week 2: Building Your Independence
- Meet 3 times a week, with encouragement to practice on your own during off days. (Meet November 11, 13 & 15th)
- Focus on repetition of our poses/stretching to feel comfortable with solo practice.

Week 3: Mindful Movement & Breathwork
- Meet 3 times, challenge yourself to deepen your home practice on off days. (Dates: Nov. 18, 20, & 22)
- Moving through the physical practice with more ease and effortlessness.
- Layering and adding breathwork and mindfulness to your practice
- Adding seated meditation for a few minutes at the completion of practice

Week 4: Independent Practice & Completion
- Meet once Monday, November 25th:
- During the week continue building independence.
- Plus ~ for the grand finale: celebrate with a special evening (Sunday December 1st , 7 - 8 pm CST) zoom guided relaxation session Enjoy basking in the ease and power of the body, mind, and spirit.

This program will help you cultivate a meaningful, sustainable morning movement routine that leaves you energized and centered for the day ahead.

Our Intentions:

  • Building the habit of moving your body in the morning (even if some days it's circling your hips while you brush your teeth!)
  • Setting aside time to focus on your physical and mental health
  • Consistency of practice
  • Go with the flow - (stuff comes up, we get off-balance, wifi goes out, kids interrupt - you get the idea)
  • Be in community
  • Show up for yourself
  • Embrace the messiness of it all


Dates:
ALL Morning Zoom practices
7 - 7:30 a.m. (CST)
November: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25

Final celebration gathering for deep relaxation:
Sunday, December 1st, 7-8 PM CST
New Moon ~ beautiful way for completions and new beginnings
